President Abd al- Fattāh al- Sīsī announced launching a competition starting on Tuesday to appoint 30,000 assistant teachers. He stated that it was planned to build 120-150 schools annually even though Egypt needs around 10,000 schools. He added that due to the support of the Gulf leaders and Egyptian Business men, they was capable of building 1150 schools during this year (Nurhān Abd al- Rahmān et al, al- Dustūr. Sep. 9, p. 1)
