The Governor of Minya declares the Jala’ church crisis in Samālūt ended

 Maj. Gen. Salāh al-Dīn governor of Minya announced that the crisis that took place in the church of the Holy Virgin in the village of of Jala’ in the centre of Samālūt has handed. He announced the start of the demolition works, followed by the reconstruction and expansion of the church on next Tuesday following the Easter celebration. This came during a meeting on Thursday held by the governor with many Muslim and Christian inhabitants of the village.
