Pope Tawadros has given his sermon this week in the Cathedral in ‘Abāssīyah entitled, “The Law of Faith... Declaration of Love”. He first explained the concept of the Christian faith, which he described as a deep relationship in which man feels that God is the leader of his life and that He runs his life.

He then continued that faith was placed in the form of law because the drafting of the law is strict and comprehensive and thus is made clear, leaving no space for confusion. For example, “Jehovah's Witnesses” do not recognize the law of faith and thus are “non – Christians” (Na’īm Yusuf, al-Aqbāt al-Ahrār, Oct. 30). Read original text in Arabic.
