Coptic Orthodox Pope Tawadros II and the Armenian ambassador held talks regarding the relationship between the Coptic and Armenian churches. Pope Tawadros received the Bishop of Catholic Armenians in Egypt, Father Krikor Augustine Kusa, and Armen Melkonian, the Armenian Ambassador to Egypt, in Saint Bishoy Monastery at Wadi El Natrun.

Bishop Krikor said that the Armenian Ambassador has invited Pope Tawadros to visit Armenia.
