Muntasir al-Zayyāt says that he is not worried by al-Qā‘idah’s threats of attacks inside Egypt because he doesn’t believe the threats were made by al-Qā‘idah. He also trusts the Egyptian security forces to keep al-Qā‘idah from entering Egypt. He talks about the history of al-Qā‘idah’s formation in Iraq and says that there are many other things going on in Iraq that are far more important to al-Qā‘idah than the actions of the Egyptian Church.
