Egyptian attorneys Tariq Abū-Bakr and Nizār Ghorāb filed a lawsuit against the head of the Media Free Zone, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nile Sat, and head of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, demanding appropriate technical procedures for Yāssir Al-Habīb’s Satellite channel, Fadak, be taken for it to be discontinued. The lawsuit was filed after Fadak broadcasted material defaming ^cĀisha and the sahābah.
