Although it is too early to know the development of events, some precedents that occurred in other Arab countries might repeat themselves in Sudan and Algeria.

Sudanese people say that it would be disappointing if personalities such as (ʿAwaḍ bin ‘Awf, first deputy of Bashīr and Defense Minister Ṣalāḥ Qūsh head of the security and intelligence apparatus) And Kamāl ‘Abd al-Maˈrūf, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces) were members of the transitional Governing Council.

If they want to bring a transitional council, the Sudanese case needs to be re-described: it is more likely to be a military coup similar to the one carried in Egypt by Ḥusnī Mubārak and the armed forces.
