7. Government monitors Human Rights, charitable organizations through banks

The Central Bank of Egypt demanded from all the banks in the market (39) to notify the Ministry of Social Solidarity with any transactions (deposits and withdrawals) made by Human Rights and charitable organizations' bank accounts.
