Pope Tawadros has filed a lawsuit in the Administrative Court appealing the decision of mayor of EastNasrCity. The mayor refused to issue a license to make one of the buildings of the church higher. The lawsuit was against the Prime Minister Eng. Ibrāhīm Mahlab, the Minister of Defense Sidqī Subhī, the governor of Cairo and the mayor of NasrCity district (Muhammad Napoleon, al- Shurūq, Sep. 3, p. 2).
