It is obvious that there are contradictions between the statements of Dr. Khālid Sa'īd who denied the incident and Dr. 'Isām Dirbālah who confirmed the incident and asked to refer to the law. Additionally, Eyewitnesses told ON TV reporter Amīr Husām (Balādna or "Our Country" Program hosted by Rīm Mājid on November 6 Episode) that people who stormed the land, during building the fence, were Salafists and they know them personally from the area.
Dr. 'Isām Dirbālah always make statements when a problem occur during building a church but never when a mosque is being built.
Bishop Marqus of Shubrā al-Khaymah had filed a report to the Public Prosecutor numbered 4380 for year 2012, Qalyūb Police Station. He also informed the National Security Apparatus and the Security Department affiliated to the Ministry of Interior to contain the situation and avoid sectarian tension.
