Writing for AWR

The Arab West Report welcomes articles and papers from outside sources, provided they directly relate to the subjects we cover and fit one of our selection criteria

Generally speaking, articles and papers written for the Arab West Report must deal with contemporary Arab-West or Muslim-non-Muslim relations or the role of religious expression in Egyptian society. We also welcome articles analyzing or critiquing Arab or Western media reporting in relation to these subjects.

Articles and papers must be approved by AWR management before placement. AWR is not responsible for the opinions reflected in these pieces, but does welcome comments on them. Submitted pieces will be subject to the following evaluation criteria.

While we prefer to receive unpublished work, we do accept articles published elsewhere, as long as the original publisher gives permission and full reference is given. We do not pay for content submitted to AWR. For information regarding our system of transliteration, click here
