58 Human Rights Organizations are expressing their shock over a resolution released by the Egyptian Prosecutor General that is accusing a number of witnesses to the killing of Shaimāʾ al-Sabbāgh of disrupting the public order. The organizations expressed that the latest steps taken by the prosecutor are the continuation of a campaign against those who defend human rights. The organizations demanded that the government adhere to the law and drop the accusations against the witnesses to the killing.
