Pope Tawadros assured that Egypt started a new era and that there are new economic projects to develop the economy. These projects, such as the Suez Canal project shall make the area as Singapore. He added that this also includes the roads projects that will add 6000 meters and link the governorates and districts as well as paving the pathway that the Holy Family took. He added that this project is adopted by both the Church and the State and that there will be stations for this path. He added that this will be under the auspices of Hishām Zazū’, Minister of Tourism. He also added that more than 10 churches that were destroyed after the dispersal of Rāb’ah al- ‘Adawiyah and Nahdah sit ins have been rebuilt (Husnī Milad, al- Akhbār. Sep. 7, p. 3)
